Service
TapIn Social helps users configure social listening, comment drafting, comment posting, automatic boost workflows, and growth reporting for connected social accounts.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or have permission to operate each connected account.
- You are responsible for the targets, settings, voice examples, and comments configured in the service.
- You must follow the rules and terms of each social platform you connect.
- You may not use the service for spam, harassment, impersonation, unlawful activity, or deceptive activity.
Connected accounts
You may disconnect accounts or revoke OAuth access at any time. If credentials expire, are revoked, or are rejected by a provider, posting and reporting may stop until the account is reconnected.
Automation
The service may draft, post, verify, and boost comments according to your settings. You can pause automation from the app. We may limit or stop automation if we detect abuse, platform risk, or unsafe account behavior.
No guaranteed growth
We aim to help users show up in relevant conversations, but we do not guarantee followers, traffic, sales, reach, ranking, or platform outcomes.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
